Confused eE-Buyers Keep Their Money

Only to find out that your actual checkout process involves 18 steps, requires blood samples and a full legal team to complete

Mine only includes 17 steps, and no blood sample...just a retinal scan and fingerprint identification. lol

But seriously....I know EXACTLY what you mean...Should have also mentioned sites that make you register. I see "Register Now" and I say "Bye Bye Now."

Re: Confused eE-Buyers Keep Their Money

woo hoo! some one read my article!!!

I hear you on the "registration" part- altough a lot do that to build there membership base (which i understand the strong importance of and am guilty of a few annoying practices myslef that i won't mention here big_smile but am trying to get rid of)

and there are better ways to do that, especially if your gathering customer info in a normal checkout process

Re: Confused eE-Buyers Keep Their Money

I understand the need to build the membership base. But if it does nothing for me but gets me MORE inbox 541T (come on, you gotta know 'leet language' blinka) I wont do it. Now, you want to offer me free shipping, or 20% off, I'll consider it. I give nothing if there is nothing in it for me.
