Rules Updated

The rules have been updated - please take a moment to read over them: Site Reference Forums Rules

The most notable change is the 'no policing' rule - members and moderators are asked to not publicly accuse anyone of violating the rules.  Rather, everyone is encouraged to use the 'Report' link found at the bottom of each post.

Questions/comments can go here.

Re: Rules Updated

The report feature notifies admins and mods that there is a problem - it does not give us an opportunity to respond directly to the person filing the report.

The admin or mod who looks at the report will determine what course of action is best (even if that is no action at all).

I personally will try to send a PM to those who file a report (although I make no guarantees blinka ).

Re: Rules Updated

The no policing policy is a good idea. Policing by non-mods only adds to flaming and spam.
