My website was receiving top 10 rankings for the keywords WWE Divas, WWE Divas Pics, WWE Divas Pictures, and others ever since it was first indexed about 2 months ago. Now just out of nowhere it is nowhere to be seen. I took a screenshot of the search engine inclusion analyzation for my site which u can view at: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g69/w … t_card.jpg
As you can see it shows that my url is not included in MSN and there are no inbound links from other sites linking to it. When I saw this I knew this couldn't be right cause I had over 400 inbound links from MSN just hours before. So I used the link popularity tool at Submit Express. Here's the screenshot: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g69/w … inkpop.jpg
As you see with the submit express tool it shows 415 links coming from MSN. So I am very confused. Can anyone shed any light on the situation?

Ok you are indexed in MSN (now called LIVE) see; http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=si … ;FORM=MSNH
The site is only a few months old, right? Well I would have to say you have more immediate problems in the form of your Link Profile, while not as deadly with MSN and a little stricter with YaH, you are unlikely to get any Google love anytime soon
You have a TON of recips and not all relevant.
You added to a ton of link directories
….and a handful of other Link Profile infractions
If I were you, that would be my next area of SEO study.
Oh and grab a mop and a bucket....you have some cleaning up to do..lol

I'm very confused with many things that you are saying. First of all what do u mean by my link profile? My domain name is 2 months old. Yes I am listed in many directories mostly under entertainment, sports, wrestling, and celebrity categories. I also have a myspace account where I promote my site, and I add link my url to most comments I leave. I only leave comments on pages that have wrestling and/or celebrity related content on them for the most part. Other inbound links have come from having a link in my sig or profile on forums. I guess that's where most of non-relevant links are coming from. I also got placed in non-relevant categories in some directories for some reason. However I'm also listed on many Wrestling and Divas websites. I am listed on mostly relevant websites.

Hi there and welcome to the forums.. let me give a few quick examples and hten I need sleep (2:30 am for me). I will come back and elaborate in the mornin
OK...you have currently (cross estimated - exact figures are anomalies)
156 links of which 43 are recips. A bit of a high ratio
Class C IP links; 38 not all that bad in and of itself but there are some Class C with more than 10, so a potential problem
There are a handfull of back links that I would question such as;
http://www.cena-online.com/www.htm
http://www.ccislinks.com/index.php?c=61
http://www.adam-on-the-edge.net/amy/affiliates.html
Another issue is the rate wat which they have been garned as well. That's a lot of back links in just 2 months. It may raise a flag.
In simplest terms it is 'technically' against the Google TOS to participate in link building schemes as it is considered spamming the SE. Keep that in mind.
Anyways, I hope that helped a bit... I need some rest...finally lo

MSN has merged their serps with their Live search.
Give it a while for everyone to upgrade their auto query tools before you panic.

This is more about rankings than referrers. I have checked rankings since the switch and allis relatively well. It's the referrer data that is not being pushed....
Rankings and indexing, by and large, have not been affected.

hey what tool did you use to find out these specifics exactly? I first started this site at the end of May at on a free host. I had the site running for about a month and a half before I registered a domain name, and switched the site over to the paid host. I had a bunch of links that were linking to my old site which I just simply updated to link to my domain name. I paid for my site to be manually submitted to 1500 directories. I was anxious to generate link popularity and traffic to my site, and gain google PR as soon as possible. I know that my old site gained a PR of 4 in less than 2 months. So I figured that I could do the same with my domain name. By the way, when will google be making PR updates? I do admit that the amount of links linking back to my site is something I should have obtained over at least a 6 month period.
By the way, what are Class C links? Also, why would u question the links:
http://www.cena-online.com/www.htm
http://www.ccislinks.com/index.php?c=61
http://www.adam-on-the-edge.net/amy/affiliates.html
I really appreciate you helping me out by the way. Thanks for welcoming me to the boards
Anyone else have any input?

Tool; As always I advise using more than one tool for each area of SEO. It is never wise to put all of ones faith in ONE data set. I like to have a few. For Link Profile development I use 3 actually. Two of them are PAID variety, but BackLink Analyzer Pro is a freebie (get a Google API, they're free).
Aaron has a copy at; http://tools.seobook.com/backlink-analyzer/
CLASS C IP;
Every machine on the Internet has a unique identifying number, called an IP Address. A typical IP address looks like this: 195.24.53.107
The four numbers in an IP address are used in different ways to identify a particular network and a host on that network. Those numbers are called octets, because they each have eight positions when viewed in binary form. The octets serve a purpose other than simply separating the numbers. They are used to create classes of IP addresses.
Class A - This class is for very large networks, such as a major international company might have. IP addresses with a first octet from 1 to 126 are part of this class.
Class B - Class B is used for medium-sized networks. A good example is a large college campus. IP addresses with a first octet from 128 to 191 are part of this class.
Class C - Class C addresses are commonly used for small to mid-size businesses. IP addresses with a first octet from 192 to 223 are part of this class.
Class D - Used for multicasts (where a node sends a packet addressed to a special group address.). For multicasts, the first octet has a value of 224.
Class E with the first octet of 225 is used for experimental purposes only.
Loopback - The IP address 127.0.0.1 is used as the loopback address. This means that it is used by the host computer to send a message back to itself. It is commonly used for troubleshooting and network testing.
Broadcast - Messages that are intended for all computers on a network are sent as broadcasts. These messages always use the IP address 255.255.255.255.
LINKS PAGES: The nature of these Backlinks are worth NOTHING if not potentially worth a red flag or 2. So I would 'scrub them out' if I were U.
Help some more?
