What does Site-Reference use for e-mailing the e-Zine ? You know the page in the e-mail that looks like this site's home page ?
I want to know what software you use to create the HTML mail, as well as what software you use to mail it.
Any other software thats free or cheap for publishing an e-zine would be good too.

Its pretty good software. We are approaching 100,000 subscribers and have not had any problems with the software at all.
