I signed up for MSN adCenter, since I am an affiliate marketer I have to stay on top of things like this. I found this, and thought it was funny. It is in their "Legal" section.

Now, remember, adCenter is just like Google. Businesses can bid on keywords. Here is what a section of there Terms says:

4. NO COMMERCIAL, UNLAWFUL OR HARMFUL USE OF THE MSN WEB SITES

The MSN Web Sites are only for your personal use. You will not use the MSN Web Sites for commercial purposes.

The last update for these terms were in 2004. With all the money they make, they could afford to hire someone to re-write this.

I think its funny.
