Any idea where I can find Copyright Free Good quality Medical Images (with the best resolution possible)?
Check out the Royalty Free Images section of http://www.alvit.de/handbook/

I use http://sxc.hu. They are royalty free stock images. There are a few others, cant' remember off the top, but they're in my links section: http://links.idiawebdesign.com
Royalty free are not free by the way, you just dont have to pay royalties for every time they're used. Stock images are the ones that are completely free for use.
Does anyone know about using photos from flickr.com? I've started using some of those, but only for backgrounds or to create new images.
Great link above--web dev. handbook.

I am not sure where you can get free quality medical images, but I do know where you can buy any type of images, including medical images for your website for $1.00 per image. You can purchase them through paypal. I use these images all the time and they are great quality usually.
Once you buy an image you can use it on your website anyway you want. They do ask that you give credit to the photographer though.

I get a lot of my images from http://www.wikipedia.com. They have an entire library of pictures that are free to the public and they'll tell you if the picture is copyrighted or not. Another thing you can do is sign up as an affiliate with either an art store or a picture store and then display the thumbnails. I've done that a few times to and there's always the chance that someone might buy the pictures. For medical though, I'd check out Wikipedia.

Could you tell with what sites did you do the affiliation?

Wikipedia and Geek Philosopher (http://www.geekphilosopher.com/MainPage … Photos.htm are my points of reference for most projects.
Good Luck !

Sorry to reply a few days too late, IP, but the sites I'm using the most for that at the moment are www.art.com and www.artprintscollection.com. The second one you'll have to sign up with www.commissionjunction.com for and I think they have other art-print shops in there.

FYI - Commissionjunction.com is an affiliate directory site.
